A fully composite fully integrated landing and float collar combination, designed for use with a liner hanger. It provides a controlled drop ball landing point, creating the necessary pressure event to actuate the liner hanger. The system also includes a fully composite, non-rotating wiper plug that is compatible with most liner systems.
